1. Places on the map
Q: Are you going to open Tower of Isolence and Forbidden Gateway?
2. Epics: Orfen, Ant Queen and Antharas
Q: Are they drop epic jewelery?
They don't have level limit. I could attack them on higher level and I didn't get raid boss curse

3. Raid boss information
Q: Are they drop any items? if yes, What is it?
Q: Are you going to add raid bosses 60-75 lvl ?
4. Clan privileges

Unfortunately there is no option to give privileges to clan members (for example invite to clan)
Q: Are you going to add clan privileges?
5. Maintenance
Q: Could you please make refresh server from time to time?
The places were very messy, especially lair of antharas (inside)

6. Minimize window
Q: Is there any way to minimize window when you open two accounts at the same time ?
7. S grade items

I bought S grade armor but when I wore it my torso disappeared (only legs and head remained :lol: )
I didn't get any additional stats from it ;)

8. Soul shots

I don't know how it was in c1 but I'm missing automatic soul shots way
Q: Are you going to add it?
9. Advertisements
Q: Are you going to advertise your server?
I like playing here but I don't want to do it alone ;)

10. PvP server 100x
Q: Are you going to close 100x rate pvp server and open low rate or you keep both?
It would be nice to keep both because not many people like farming. I don't like it

11. Events
Q: Are you going to make any events?
12. Weapon enchant

I enchanted my weapon to +4 but I can't see any glow

Do not make SA to weapon. It's perfect now

I think you are good GM and you are working hard to make nice server, You also listen people

Hello,

Some mentioned features are C2+, and required C2 client as well (or even C3 for auto-ss). Short answer - as main goal of this project, it will evolve from C1 to C2, then to C3 and so on. Step by step, skill by skill, feature by feature. Preparing original C1 is very time consuming, upgrades to newer chronicles will be faster.

Now detailed answer (everything is applied to new low-rate server only, testing PvP won't be changed)

It's a C2 content, will be added during migration to C2 on low rate server. This requires C2 client, which will be our 1st priority.

Epic accessory is a C2 content. But it doesn't require C2 client, we will add them as soon as we can

It's a C2 content, but we added paralyze curse even on C1 testing PvP server.

We are going to open online version of L2 data base, with our rates, where you could find all info about drop, spoil and npc spawn

Raid-bosses are C2 content. We added few of them into C1 PvP testing server. However, each RB requires client changes, so probably we add more to C1 low rate, but you will see ALL of them as soon as we have C2 client migration completed
Clan privileges
It's not a C1, and don't have high prio. Will be done during C2/C3 evolution
Could you please make refresh server from time to time?
I do restart of PvP server from time to time (when there is no or very small online). Low-rate server will have restart each Monday's morning.
Minimize window
C1 client doesn't allow this. C2 client does
S grade armor
C2+ content, will be added when migration to C2 client is completed
Auto-soul shots
It's a C3 content. But I know that it's annoying, so I'm going to add some workaround (maybe via .menu command) to enable it still with C1-C2 clients
Are you going to advertise your server?
There was massive adv company on may, when we opened PvP testing server. On January we will do another massive adv company, when we are ready to low-rate C1.
Are you going to close 100x rate pvp server and open low rate or you keep both?
Low-rate is our main goal. If we will manage 2 servers, we will keep PvP x100 alive (and it will be evolved together with C1 low-rate)
Are you going to make any events
Yes, ofc, there will be events, mostly official one (valentine's day, L2 day, pumpkins, dancing cats, etc). But as I wrote, PvP testing phase has been completed, we fixed bugs and now working on 100% low-rate opening, so almost no activity from my side on PvP server.
I enchanted my weapon to +4 but I can't see any blow
C1 client limitation.
Offline shop would be great too
Yes, I will add offline shop for 100%, just matter of time. Also, I'm going to add "vote reward" system - ppl have to vote for server on topzone/etc, and then they should talk to NPC and get some prizes (buff scrolls, enchant scrolls, etc) for each vote. This will be useful on low-rate server

I like your project and I would like to give you some tips. I've been playing this game for a long time. I started from c4 till new chronicle. Unfortunately some things wasn't good. Ncsoft made all to earn money, probably they invested a lot in this game.

Bad ideas made in the game:
Augmentation destroyed all game, some augments were so strong for example duel might, empower, wild magic, shield or magic barrier active (interlude chronicle)
Enchant skills: It's the next bad idea from ncsoft, enchanting them increased skill power in anusual way (overpower)
Arsenal of new items: As you know, you couldn't get them all, it was impossible
Badly located places on the map: new zones were mixed with old zones, low level mobs with high lvl mobs
New epic jewellery: they were overpower
OP skills: which gave you amazing power, you could kill your opponent in 1 shot
Balance stats: No balance between HP and Damage
Items made all job: Archers were always best unit in game, when you had ant queen+baium+valakas+duel might active in weapon, you killed enemy very fast (interlude chronicle)
Full buffs: Too many buffs at once
Quests: Boring and long (running from npc to npc)
Macro system: made for bots and laziness
Bad ideas from private servers:
Too high number of enchanted armors and weapons
Permission for opening too many accounts at once
Automatic, boring events with no attractive rewards
Too high number of buff slots
Npc buffer
My proposal for a good low-rate server:
1. Stay on c1 and bring some nice things here from another chronicles. In my opinion jumping from c1 to c3 it's not good idea
2. The map is perfect, everything is arranged. I would suggest to add Tower of Insolence and Forbidden gateway and nothing else
3. Monsters look is fine from c1
4. There is not many items and levels, so 5x rate is best solution
Proposals:
-> max 58 level (bonus: when is 100% you don't lose exp)
-> top b grade items
-> enchant weapon +10, enchant armor +6, enchant jewellery +6
-> safe enchant +3
-> Raid boss jewelery (Orfen, Core, Antharas, Ant Queen)
-> Raid bosses
-> Raid curse or paralize
-> Delevel Npc
-> 1st proffesion and 2nd proffesion with quest or for adena
-> No Npc buffer
-> Time duration for buffs to 1h
-> max 20 buff slots
-> number of accounts allowed 2
-> The world map in right bottom corner (not map in inventory)
-> The map of the town and other locations
-> Green point of your location on the map
-> Automatic soul shots
-> 1 or 2 skill panels
-> Privileges for clan members
-> Minimize window
-> Automatic drop (weight limit increased for chars)
-> Nobless or buff protection (no quest required)
-> Offline shop
-> Clan halls
-> Vote reward
-> Gm online every day for at least 1h
-> One currency - adena
-> Unlimited amount of adena in inventory
-> No Donator currency
-> autolearning skills
-> No gm shop Npc
-> Quest for hatchling and strider
-> Limit zone for Ant Queen/Orfen/Core
-> Anti farm bot programme
-> Max 5 lvl clan
-> Mana and healing potions available at grocery
-> No CP and CP potions
-> Premium account
-> Global gatekeeper
-> PvP zone
-> No SA in weapon
-> Suitable time duration and cooldown for buffs/skills
-> Time duration of buffs
-> Time duration of skills
-> Name of character class in clan info and in party window
-> Separate window above the world chat to see drops and damage
-> Drop and spoil with "shift", when you press on mob or rb, you can see what they have
-> Information about your class/stats in community
-> E-mail
-> Friend list/block list

-> Passive skills from 5 lvl clan
-> 1/2 passive skills from the castle
-> No dyes, tattoo
-> Vampiric buff
-> Confirmation to resurrection (yes/no)
-> Beast soul shots
-> Ally crest
-> crafting/spoiling system

Donation system:
-> nickname change
-> color nickname change
-> color title change
-> premium account for higher rate of adena/spoil/xp/sp/drop
-> suits and accessories from new chronicle (for example assasin suit, demons horn, etc.)
-> runes 50% for XP/SP/SPOIL/DROP/ADENA

Only an original server with an active gm and players can survive :) Don't forget this is an old game. People don't play no life anymore. It was 16 years ago when not everyone had internet at home and that was also one of the first on-line game! Times changed a lot. If you give them a good reason why your server is attractive, they will come and try to play here. Do not make it pay to win! If you start giving full items to players, You will lose people Who work hard to get something. People love rewards, so give them something nice from time to time (even for activity). In my opinion They will start playing pvp at low lvl in no grade items. It's of course the best part of this game. Try to make the best server ever! :)

Thank you for the tips!

One general comment - I've spent 4 years restoring this C1 server byte by byte not for money :) So there never will be pay-to-win donation model. Also, all changes from C2/C3 chronicles will be taken very carefully - we need to take only best things and leave spoiled ones. GM shop and buffers were added only for PvP testing server, they won't be present in low-rate.

yes, vampiric and pet SS's are on my list.
About sub-classing - it's for sure not a hi-prio change. Also, to get needed level even on our rates (which will be probably x3-x5) it will take few months for sure. Till that, sub-classing might wait

Gm give tips and you search him on the map
Reward for a person who find gm first
Tournament in Giran arena

Pvp 1vs1 or 3vs3
Reward for a winners
Power rate from RB

2x more xp/sp/drops/adena (at weekend)
Gift to all

For activity in game (player must be on-line)

Additional skills at NPC in Giran:
Learning them for adena
Nobless buff
Rush - charges into the target, if the distance between the target and the character is more than 150 (for Gladiator, Tyrant, Destroyer, Warsmith, Swordsinger, Bladedancer, Warlord)
Triple slash - Inflicts 3 quick slashes on a target. Requires a dual-sword weapon (for Swordsinger, Bladedancer, Warsmith)
Shadow step - Moves a character behind target's back and stuns the target (for Treasure hunter, Plainswalker, Abysswalker, Bounty hunter)
Deadly blow - Attempts a potentially deadly attack (for Bounty hunter)
Prominence - Gathers the air surrounding the caster to create a giant fireball attack (for Bishop, Prophet, Warlock)
Hydroblast - Unleashes a spray of highly pressurized water (for Elder, Elemental summoner)
Vampiric claw - Absorbs the target's HP (for Shillien Elder, Phantom summoner)
Chain strike - Pulls a selected target to you and attacks (for Temple Knight, Shillen Knight, Paladin, Dark Avenger)
Magical charge - Inflicting stun and cancelling their targets. Teleports you to the front (for Necromancer, Sorceror, Spellsinger, Overlord, Spellhower)
Quick charge - Teleports 300 grids forward (for Hawkeye, Silver Ranger, Phantom Ranger)

Cancel – cooldown 1 min, taking away of 1-2 buffs
